Aventura Gelato is born from the passion and tradition for the GELATO ARTIGIANALE ITALIANO. Andrea Zavatta, was born in the world’s capital of the Gelato, the city of Rimini, Italy, from a family of bakers and Chefs and has a single and absolute obsession: QUALITY. Our Gelato is made with tradition, innovation, and emotion. Our gelato and Sorbetto is made in compliance with the strictest Italian traditions, under the supervision of our Master Gelataio. The choice of the best ingredients has a role in the foreground: Our Gelato is made exclusively with fresh milk, a moderate use of fresh cream in order to obtain the lowest possible amount of fat and calories, cane sugar, carob powder as noble thickener, and ingredients of the first quality as well as the selection of the best cocoas and vanilla blends of all over the world. Our most famous flavors are: Banana Split, Oreo, Key Lime Pie, Coccata amongst others and which already are proof of our reputation. Our sorbets are made with a large amount of fresh fruit (50% of the recipe), water and sugar; any type of artificial flavoring and coloring are banned as a basic condition of our elaboration process. The quality of the fruit is essential; the election has been carefully selected according to the season and to the best quality available in the market and by choosing it personally. As a result, the best flavors such as Mango Manila, Pineapple Honey, Lemon Basil, red tuna, yellow plum among many others.
